Cagli is a fairly small town, and not a major drawcard for tourists. It is however entirely pleasant, and enjoys a fine mountainside setting. Rocca Torrione, an imposing, distinctive fortress at the south end of town, was built in 1481. Walk to Piazza Matteotti, where there are a few cafes and the imposing Palazzo Comunale.
