Distance & Duration
After departing Galway, the route proceeds along a beautiful coastline before eventually arriving at the surreal landscape of The Burren. This karst limestone landscape is probably about as far from the stereotyped image of the Emerald Isle as you can get, and possesses an engaging balance of historical interest and scenic delight. From The Burren, the route proceeds to the surf town of Lahinch, before coming to probably the most famous sight in Ireland; the Cliffs of Moher. The tour ends the day in the gorgeous, tiny village of Doolin, known throughout Ireland for its great culture of Irish music.
